In real life, 10 years have passed since the worst days of my life. But once upon a time, it was only two years, which was a major milestone for feeling human again.
Thanks. It's true though. 2 years in and I've found a new normal. Not over it yet, but not devoured by it either. The fights and resentment seem to quiet down. But yes, the loneliness is there... New horizons, more healing yourself, new dreams or future plans? It's like a threshold to the next chapter, destination unknown.
